You call extra, they say you don't have to make a reservation and then you come by at 4:45 pm and they say the boss says we're closing now people are sitting inside. We could still drink !! Never again!!!!!

Very nice team, great location, great food, only the cleanliness of the room should be worked on.

Nice welcome from the friendly boss, BUT room for the nightly price of 71, - € at least one category too bad. Damaged furniture and wallpaper in the room, the mattresses are cheap and too small for the bed. The bathroom is not clean and the access to the shower is blocked. There is a need for improvement here, the situation is not everything!

Everything was as expected ..... we had a nice weekend ..... rooms simple and clean .... food great .. price / performance ratio fits ... and the staff is always friendly .... gladly again .. .

I only give one star because of the beautiful location. You wait a long time before you are even served. Then it takes forever for anything to happen. The waiter just argued around .. The toilets are outdated and dirty.

I am only rating the restaurant here. The friendly waiter justifies the 2 stars, the food unfortunately not. The cook is inclined to realize his own taste variations that have little to do with the food ordered. 2/3 of the bruschetta covered with a thick, fatty layer of cheese, the main meals were peppered with spices, which really spoiled the taste. We won't stop here again.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food, my spagetti with 5 small skampis for 14.50 € too expensive, so much noodles, a family is already full, no lettuce leaf, a shame. With schnitzel with mushrooms, well, it doesn't have to be anymore. The menu should have been given to the guest in abbreviated form, as there wasn't a lot, even with the drinks, less is more and you don't always have to say we didn't as the waitress.

Friendly service, huge portions, and a very relaxed lunch on the terrace. I think it’ll be our last outdoor meal of the year, too!

Now this country hotel was a letdown for us, there is more to offer for this money. Bad and unclean rooms. Coffee hour the 1 failure, dinner time bad offer, only the breakfast was okay, I would not advise you to stay here with kind regards

Been there again after a long time, in the hope of a nice lunch with nice weather and a great ambience ... Great atmosphere, priceless, because of the wide view of the Schwielowsee, weather also great, Food was terribly bad after a change of ownership ... at 12:30 p.m., the reserved table was confiscated, 2 p.m. finally had food on the table, wild and haphazardly running around, the waitress did the guests, some dishes were not cookable, Parmesan cheese wasn't served with spaghetti, somehow everything careless and confused, the prices for it like in an upscale restaurant, service like in the Mitropa ... and the toilet neglected ... ten hygiene dispensers at the entrance but no corona guest list, not even rudimentarily asked ... conclusion: 50 Meters further to Burgemeister and there drink Molle and eat bockwurst, the beautiful view is the same ... never again with this operator

Hotel is a disaster very bad old rooms megaaa dirty and very old. Unfriendly staff wanted money for the night immediately. Cobwebs spread throughout the house even in the restaurant on the walls and on the decorative items. Breakfast was not worth the money it was during the Corona period but not 10.00 euros per person per day. You should consider staying there longer. We were passing through for 2 nights. I was glad to be gone again.

Service friendly and brisk. Menu o.k. Food from 3 nations (Italian, French, German) is offered. However, you should perhaps limit yourself a little here. In any case, the bruschetta was a bit different from the ones known from Italy. (almost no tomatoes on it) Not even recommended as a starter. It's actually a shame because the location of the restaurant is very nice.

Location very good (if you don't get a room facing the street) The kitchen is really good, the selection and quality are right. The service is really busy, but in a good mood even though the place was full. However, the sanitary facilities deserve a little more attention.

Restaurant rating: Dirty here, neglected (both in the restaurant area and in the toilet) but nice view of the lake. The food is good for example pizza and salmon. Music very loud and not relaxing. Personnel friendly. You could make out a lot more of this unloved jewel!

We were looking for a good lunch after a long drive on a Tuesday, but unfortunately we were unsuccessful at this restaurant. We chose 4 dishes from the large menu ... the waitress said that all 4 dishes were out ... so we looked again for something from which 2 dishes were also out ... in short, over 50 % of the card was just "off". The dishes that we could still find weren't really top notch ... the taste was like school grades 3 and the portion size would have been enough for 4 people ... the price was anything but acceptable ... for spaghetti aioli, which didn't seem to have seen a clove of garlic .. 12.90 € well .. That was definitely our last visit there!

We stayed in the country house in the evening. The food tasted very good and was good value for money. All tables were occupied. So it was hard for one waiter to manage. Two bosses just stood around and showed no interest in supporting the waiter. So we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the drinks and another 20 minutes for the food. The location and the beautiful view of the lake are wonderful. Here you should definitely improve the service. Praise to the hardworking waiter.

Six of us were on Friday evening on the beautiful terrace by the lake. The place was well attended. Service, is a young man, he was very attentive and friendly. The food was very good and very plentiful

8 p.m. we had reserved - 10.15 p.m. our meal came, that was also the wrong thing and our child got simple "Aufbackbrötchen" for the same price instead of common rolls. However, the excuse from the kitchen was nice, a delicious cheese on a salad, probably left over from other guests who complained loudly about the waiting time and left without food ... What was the worst, however, that other guests who came far after us and without children were preferred. Maybe regular customers? Unfortunately only 2 stars from us and the one for the nice waiter who tried to keep us happy and because the tomato soup and cheese were really delicious. We cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

So we've been waiting for 20 minutes just to be served. No cards, no nothing. Coffee terrible. Getting his room takes ages too. Rooms are okay. Wouldn't book again. Plates are not clean. Don't come here unless you insist on wasting your money on bad food and service. What's that for !!!!
